To confirm a reservation, prepayment is required for the total amount with a deposit or credit card / debit card enabled for Online purchases.
CHECK IN and CHECK OUT POLICIES
CHECK-IN 12:00 noon. Hotel Carmen *** will make the effort to accommodate you before the indicated time in case if possible.
CHECK-OUT 11:00 am.
LATE CHECK-OUT. From 11:00 am to 5:00pm there is a charge of 50% of the room rate. Departures after 5:00pm are charged 100% of the room rate. If you would like to stay longer please advise the receptionist the day before to check for availability
EARLY DEPARTURE. If the guest wishes to retire before the agreed check-out date, they must notify the reception desk 24 hours before, otherwise they will be charged 1 night, due to the denial of other possible reservations.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
FOR FOREIGNERS. Passport and Imigration entry card.
NOTE: In case of children under 18 years of age unaccompanied by parents, they must present the authorization of the parents and the corresponding authority.
CHILDREN
One child from 0 to 4 years does not pay any cost if he/she sleeps with the parents, second child pays an supplementary of USD. 8 .- in additional bed. Children betwen 5 to 12 years old pay an additional USD. 8 per child in additional bed or sharing a Queen bed.
BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICIES
If you need to canceled a prepaid booking you have one calendar year to used this reservation or transfer it to third parties. This booking is non refundable. In case of no show you loose your booking.
